HOUSTON, TX (December 28, 2009) – Today LGS and Wichita County reach a 5 year agreement effective January 1, 2010 for LGS to provide services to Wichita County for a complete New Judicial Solution for the County. Additionally, LGS will be providing its solution to the County Clerk for the Reality and Vitals Statistics sections. "We are happy to have reached this major milestone in our new relationship with Wichita County.", stated Ed Hazeldean, President of LGS. It has taken over a year to reach the final agreement which began when LGS won a lengthy RFP process in late 2008. |

HOUSTON, TX (November 29, 2009) – LGS today announced that it has signed contract with Clay, Archer, and Montague Counties to provide software to that District Court, Court Coordinators, and District Clerks in these Counties. LGS has been providing software to Archer County Sheriff, County Clerk, and County Attorney for several years, but because of prior contract commitments the District Offices could not benefit from this relationship. Installations are currently being schedule for sometime after the first of the new year. |

| JOURDANTON, TX (December 29, 2008) – Today the Atascosa County Judge signed a 5-year contract with LGS that will provide for the installation of the LGS software in the District Clerks office and in the District Courts in early 2009. LGS will begin the transition from their current vendor in early February, 2009. | |||||||

HAMBURG, AR (December 29, 2008) - Ashley County Arkansas selects LGS - Today, LGS announced that it has expended it business into the State of Arkansas. Ashley County located in the south eastern corner of Arkansas selected LGS after looking at several different vendors. When asked about expanding into a new state Ed Hazeldean, President of LGS stated, "Our business plan did not call for LGS moving into a new state in 2008 or 2009. However, our affiliates have been very successful in Arkansas and we found our products fit very easily into the Arkansas Local Government environment." Installation is expected to begin in March or April of 2009. |

BRENHAM, TX (November, 2008) - After a year long software review and negotiation process, Washington County today signed a 7-year contract with LGS that will initially provide new software for the County and District Attorneys office, the Tax Office, and the four (4) Justices of the Peace offices. "We are pleased that Washington County selected LGS as their new software vendor for these business segments. We know we will be monitored closely by other offices in the County throughout our delivery process", stated Ed Hazeldean, President of LGS. The new contract has options for several other County offices including the County Clerk, District Clerk and Courts. |

TAHOKA, TX (October, 2008) - The County Commissioners Court approved a 5-year contract between LGS and the Lynn County District Clerks office completing a four (4) county contracting process that has taken nearly 3 years. Upon the installation of the Lynn County District Clerks office, the 106th Judicial District Court with offices in Lamesa, Texas, will have full, real-time access to the records of the court from any courthouse in the the 106th Judicial District, over highly secured communication channels. Installation is schedule for late January 2009. |

HOUSTON, TX (February 12, 2008) – Over the past ten (10) months the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) in conjunction with other state agencies have reviewed proposals submitted by several software vendors. The objective has been to (1) verify vendor product offerings, (2) investigate existing customer feedback on the vendor and their products, and (3) negotiate significant discounts for County Government entities looking to acquire new computer software. In an interview today, Mr. Ed Hazeldean, President and Chief Executive Officer of LGS stated, “We are extremely pleased to have been selected by the DIR as the first statewide vendor to be contracted for this broad range of products. This represents a new beginning in our long standing relationship with the DIR and we are pleased to have the opportunity to expand our product offering under the new contract.” LGS was first awarded a DIR contract in 2003 for its Court Case Management Software following an extended certification process by the Texas Office of Court Administration. The expanded scope of the new contract includes software products for the Sheriffs office, Prosecutors, Public Defenders, County and District Clerks, all levels of the Court, Collections, Adult Probation, and Indigent Health Care. |

POST, TEXAS (August 13, 2007) - Today, the Garza County Commissioners Court awarded a 5 year contract to LGS to provide services to the Garza County Clerk / District Clerk office and the County Court and 106th District Court. LGS will be working with the Hon. James Plummer to schedule their installation at the end of August, 2007 to meet certain requirements for TAC / OCA funding. Ms. Sandy Randall, Senior Vice President of LGS, explained that while LGS is faced with a very active installation schedule her staff work with all customers to address urgent needs, like those of Garza County.

HOUSTON, TEXAS (August 7, 2007) - HEADLINE - LGS Expands Services to include Prosecutors and other Offices - Today, LGS announced that it is releasing it latest expansion into the Texas County Government market. Ed Hazeldean, President of LGS stated, "We have seen a need for expanding our solutions to include Case Management for the District and County Prosecutors office, Hot Check Management, Indigent Defense, and the Public Defender management for some time now. Making it easier for information to flow between the Prosecutors office, the Clerks office and the Courts will streamline the judicial process. Our customers have fully embraced this expansion since we began considering it in early 2007." With the release of ProsecutionPro™ we have also provided tools for Counties who either have Public Defenders Offices or have the need to manage their Indigent Defense costs.

June 19, 2007 - Carrizo Springs, Texas Dimmit County Today, the Dimmit County Commissioners Court awarded a 5 year contract to LGS to provide services to the Dimmit County Clerk and District Clerk offices. LGS will be working with both clerks to schedule their upcoming installation and training.. In a phone interview, Ed Hazeldean, President of LGS stated, "We are very pleased to have been selected by Dimmit County during the RFP process. With the opening of our new South Texas Support Center we feel we are positioned to grow our South Texas customer base. We look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with Dimmit County and other counties in South Texas."

May 21, 2007 - Austin, Texas OCA Approves LGS Collections Solution The Texas Office of Court Administration (OCA) today approved LGS as a vendor for the OCA's Collection Improvement Program by presenting our software to a team of OCA professionals authorized to certify software vendors for its' use by Texas Counties. This opens the way for Counties starting collections offices to qualify for funding to help counties in the collection of unpaid Court Costs and Fines. This approval paved the way for, Ellis County, Wichita County, Moore County, and Baylor County to finalize contracts with LGS to support their Collections operations.
